With more than 30 years of experience, Chef Iqbal Ahamad has developed his expertise for authentic Nawabi and Nizami cuisine working with the most renowned Chefs in India. 

 

He has had the honor of sharing culinary experiences with the tribes of Rajasthan, the Nawabs of Lucknow, the Maharajas of Punjab and the Nizams of Hyderabad. 

Amongst other big names, Chef Ahamad has shared the privilege of working at Dum-Pukht and Bukhara in ITC Sheraton; and Saffron in JW Marriott, Mumbai.

Chef Ahamad now aims to bring the finest Indian cuisine, cooked with top-quality ingredients using traditional recipes (with a modern touch) at Namak, London.
